The free introductory call. The free 15-minute call offered on this site is an introductory conversation to discuss your business and possible next steps. It is not a technical build or implementation session, does not include deliverables, and booking or attending it does not obligate you (or us) to move forward with any paid service.
Booking tool. Calls are scheduled through Neo Bookings, a third-party scheduling service operated by Neo, not by KlearFlow AI. Use of that booking page is subject to Neo's own terms of use, separate from these terms.
Engagements. The scope, pricing, timeline, and deliverables for any paid engagement (such as an AI Workflow Audit or a custom AI build) are agreed separately in writing between KlearFlow AI and the client before work begins. Nothing on this website, and nothing discussed on the free introductory call, should be treated as a binding quote or agreement to perform work.
Accuracy. We try to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantees about completeness or reliability, and content may change without notice.
Intellectual property. Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, graphics, and diagrams on this site belong to KlearFlow AI and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability. KlearFlow AI is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from your use of third-party tools linked from it (such as Neo Bookings).
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
