What we collect directly. This website itself does not include an on-page data-collection form, and does not use cookies or tracking scripts of its own. If you email us directly at info@klearflowai.ink, we keep that correspondence (your email address, name if provided, and the content of your message) in order to respond to you.
Booking a call (third-party scheduling tool). This site includes a button to book a free introductory call. Clicking it takes you to our scheduling tool, Neo Bookings, operated by Neo (a separate company from KlearFlow AI). On that page, you will provide information directly to Neo — typically your name, email address, and the time you select — in order to schedule the call. That information is collected and processed by Neo under Neo's own privacy policy, available at neo.space/neo-privacy-policy, not this one. We receive the booking details (name, email, and anything you note about your business or question) so we can prepare for and conduct the call.
How we use it. Any information you send us directly, or that we receive through a scheduled booking, is used only to respond to your inquiry, conduct the call you booked, and — if you become a client — to deliver our services. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Service providers. Beyond Neo (for scheduling), we may use other third-party providers (for example, our email or website hosting provider, or the font service this site loads from Google Fonts) to operate this site. Those providers only process information as needed to provide that service to us, under their own respective privacy policies.
Cookies & analytics. This website does not itself use cookies or analytics tracking. We have not reviewed whether Neo's booking page sets cookies when you visit it to schedule a call; that would be governed by Neo's privacy policy, linked above, not this one.
Your rights. You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion at any time by emailing info@klearflowai.ink. For information you provided directly to Neo through the booking page, you'll need to contact Neo directly, since we do not control their systems.
Changes. We may update this policy periodically, including if we add new data-collection methods such as an on-page form. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
